The Registrar of Companies extended the filing deadline for companies with an Annual Return Date falling on 30th September 2020 or later.
Any company with an Annual Return Date of 30th September 2020 or later will be deemed to have filed on time if all elements of the annual return are completed and filed by 26th February 2021.
They are encouraging those that can file as normal during this period to do so. The extension does not apply to companies with earlier return dates previous to 30th September 2020.
